The Importance of Stretching

This was a great read and sounds so much like my own inner dialog at times. We tend to put the focus on training, getting stronger, pushing harder, while leaving the post workout care and stretching out until after we’ve already encountered a problem.

When taking time out for injuries is the last thing anyone wants to do, taking the 5 minutes after a workout or throwing an hour of yoga into your week seems like a small price to pay for injury prevention and increased mobility. #stretchingforthewin
