Greek Salad Dressing

Greek Dressing (6 servings, 2tbsp per serving)

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¾ tsp oregano
  • ¾ tsp basil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

Directions: Combine all ingredients into a jar or storage container and sake well. Let the dressing sit for a minimum of 10 minutes before serving to let flavours blend together. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
