Massage Therapist

Our physiotherapy team aims to promote mobility, function and quality of life through examination diagnosis, prognosis and physical intervention. Our licensed physiotherapist can help our clients manage, improve and/or cure a wide range of health conditions, from recent injuries, to chronic aches and pains, and much more. We offer our clients a free assessment with our physiotherapist as we know it will be of tremendous value in helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

At AYG, we also have the option of prescribing a clinical conditioning program conducted under the guidance of a physiotherapist. This allows you to be supervised by a health professional, while performing specific exercises to meet your needs. An individualized conditioning program helps to improve your level of fitness/strength/balance, aids with weight loss, and can prevent injury/re-injury. For this reason, we believe personal training sessions can help with a variety of issues whether you have just completed a physiotherapy program or not.  We also welcome clients who have not had an injury and/or have not attended a physiotherapy program in the past.

Our Certified Athletic Therapists assess injuries and conditions, and use contemporary rehabilitative techniques, therapeutic modalities, soft tissue mobilization, & physical reconditioning.
